Using Mindfulness to Facilitate a Positive Mindset

Mindful-Me are delighted to offer this one day practical workshop that will give you the opportunity to learn about the ancient practice of mindfulness as well as how to use this in the facilitation of a more positive mind-set.
The workshop will begin with an introduction to what mindfulness is and why it can be such a useful practice in the modern world. You will then get the opportunity to experience a mindfulness meditation for yourself before moving into looking at positive psychology and how you can use this to reduce negativity and feel more in control of your life.
The second half of the workshop will look to focus on gratitude and how this can be used to boost health and happiness followed by an exploration of additional daily habits that can be used to enhance and maintain mental wellbeing in the modern world.
