Charity Open Day

Fieldcrest Garden will be open for charity on Tuesday June 3rd, from 1-4pm.

All proceeds will be for Hazels Footprint’s Trust which gives funding for young people to embark on voluntary work overseas, and also financially supports educational and community work. It is a very active and worthwhile charity, which you can find out more about by visiting www.hazelsfootprints.org.

Entrance is free, but a suggested contribution of £3.50 would be welcome to support this very worthy charity.

Our teaching cabin is nearly finished, so come and see how we are getting on!

• Admission is free (although donations on £3.50 to our monthly nominated charity are encouraged).
• Refreshments (teas, coffees and home-made cakes) will be available.

Fieldcrest Garden has opened to raise money for charitable causes since 2011, and this year we will host Charity Open Days on the First Tuesday in each month from May to September, from 1.00pm – 4.00pm. On each Open Day, we will be highlighting flowers and plants from the garden with information and floral displays. Plants for sale from our own Herb Garden are on offer, plus perennials from Woodfield Nursery.
