Anyone for Tea? Growing Herbs for Herbal Teas

Flowers and herbs make refreshing and healthy teas (tisanes). Herbal teas have been drunk for pleasure and health for hundreds of years and on this course Chris will show you which herbs to grow or buy to make a variety of delicious herbal teas. Everyone will make their own teas, accompanied by some homemade tasty teacake.
